Mekhala Restaurant
Signature Khmer fine dining in Siem Reap.
by Chef Hak Serey
Open to everyone
You don't need to be a hotel guest.
Mekhala is a restaurant in its own right, open to everyone, every day. Walk in, book a table, and dine at the heart of Siem Reap whether you're staying with us or not.

The table
A modern Khmer kitchen with deep roots
Mekhala plates the Cambodia Chef Hak Serey grew up tasting: river fish, sugar palm, kroeung, kampot pepper, with the precision and restraint of contemporary fine dining. Every main is served with organic rice; every dish tells a story of the Mekong.
